We make it possible for everyone to experience the joy of caring for fish by conveniently delivering them right to your home or workplace. We strongly reccomend your fish are delivered to a location where there will be someone to accept the parcel during business hours.
Fish are organised for transport in purpose-made carefully sealed bags with ample water and oxygen for their journey. They are then specially protected with padding in a styrofoam esky to minimise movement and maintain an ideal temperature during transit, clear labelling on the parcel identifies them as a live stock delivery too. Keep your fish happy and healthy by transitioning them into your aquarium on the day that they arrive.

We know your fish would rather be at home with you than in transit. That's why we use Toll Priority to ensure a speedy journey to you.
Order before 12pm AEST, Monday to Thursday for next business day delivery*. Our team review each order before processing as we don't deliver live fish on weekends or public holidays.
*Live fish are shipped separately to other PETstock products. Please note that some state based government environmental restrictions apply to Western Australia and the Northern Territory. Live fish cannot be shipped directly to customers in Tasmania. Remote or regional area delivery may require special arrangements. View our terms & conditions for further information.

On a rare occasion where things don't go swimmingly and your new fish doesn't survive the journey, we'll offer you a full refund on unwell or deceased fish provided the fish guarantee criteria has been met.
Simply take a photo of your unwell or deceased fish in the bag it arrived in and contact us within 24 hours of your delivery to discuss the circumstances of the situation.
